Genmaicha

Genmaicha or ‘popcorn tea’ is a traditional Japanese blend of green tea and roasted brown rice (genmai). It has a smooth, grassy flavor with warm, nutty notes and a comforting, toasty aroma.

How to Brew:

• Tea: 1 tsp (2–3g) per 150ml water
• Water Temp: 80°C - 90°C
• Steep Time: 30secs - 1min

Can be re-steeped 2–3 times. Perfect for a relaxing, everyday cup.
