Houjicha Powder

Hojicha is a roasted green tea that stands apart from matcha’s grassy vibrancy. Made from roasted tea leaves and stems, our hojicha powder boasts a warm, toasty flavor with caramelized, nutty undertones and a reddish-brown hue. Its low caffeine content makes it perfect for any time of day, offering a cozy, comforting sip that’s both soothing and versatile.

How to Prepare:

Mix 3-4g of hojicha powder with 30-45 ml of hot water (90°C) until smooth. For hot, add 160ml of steamed milk and stir; sweeten if desired. For iced, add desired amount of ice, 160ml of cold milk, and stir for a refreshing, nutty latte.
